Welcome to Romford Homecare Limited. An important part of our plan is to inform people about our care and support services for adults and how well we wish to perform.
There are a number of challenges due to rapid increase in social care demand for services and scarce resources. It is recognised that personalised care and support needs to be the focus in Health and Social Care Industries in modern times. This also requires developing coordinated programmes of works to deliver seamless services to people who need them.
In those circumstances, the local authorities are doing support mapping the services currently provided across the system; and ‘locality profiles’ co-design services with local people and deliver closer to them.
